House Rules

Please make sure you understand our house rules before making reservation.

• AGE - All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.
• ID - The reserving guest must provide a copy of identification, i.e. driver license or government issue id with the same name as in reservation.
• OCCUPANCY - If you bring more people than accounted for on your reservation, you will be asked to leave without refund. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy can result in many issues, including a fine by local authorities or HOA for not adhering to sprinklers/fire safety, deck weight limit, running out of well water, and overflowing the septic tank.
• NO PET ALLOW - We love pets, however some of our family members and guests are very allergic to pet dander. Please be considerate and make alternate vacation arrangements for your furry family members.  There are many pet-friendly cabins in the area that would love to host your family.
• NO SMOKING/VAPING
• NO PARTY ALLOW - A fun gathering of friends and families is different than a party. Obnoxious partying with loud noises and drinking can cause damage to the property and disturb the peacefulness of the area.  Common quiet time is from 10 PM - 9 AM. Resort management has the right to report to the police of any violation of parties or events that happen inside the resort boundaries.
• CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT- Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not offer early check-in nor late check-out. We do not allow check-ins nor check-outs on holidays.
• UNCONTROLABLE SITUATION - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.  Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. 
• SECURITY CAMERA - There are security cameras on the front porch in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT - Security hold of $350 will be required thru credit card. Please note that this is not a charge and it shall be released within 2 days after the departure, less any deductions for damages.
• RENTAL AGREEMENT - You will be required to sign short term rental agreement as part of booking completion.
